This second trip with my patrons, they decided rather than gold pan on the Fraser, they would prefer to high bank on the Thompson. So we drove back to the same spot I took patrons last week and set up the highbanker. The guys had never used one before, so the teacher in me started into the lesson. Everyone found great gold. It sounded like everyone was fairly new to gold panning and gold prospecting and got quite excited to see that much gold in a pan.
