PNG Gold Mining Trip: Final Day of Highbanking and a Look at the Gold!

This was filmed Tuesday August 06 2024 in Papua New Guinea. The Canadian made highbanker put in some serious work with over 2500 shovels processed over two days.
This trip was all about bringing people together around a common goal. I had a wonderful time gold mining with the locals, and look forward to visiting again in the future.
The next day in this adventure will be a big hike through the jungle to a massive waterfall where I did some gold panning, but mainly just had a fun time swimming in the warm water. I have a few more scenes that didn't make the main cut from the two mining days that I will try to edit together and fit in to another video as well.
