Basically, I have my iPhone set up on a custom tripod (instructions on my website in link below), and the Audio-Technica lav mic goes into a Sony wireless pack, which then adapts into my iPhone using a KVConnection cable - you can find all the details on my website, in the articles section (direct link below).
