How to fix Xbox One controller not working in Steep (Tutorial / Steam / PC)

In this video I explain how I finally got my Xbox One controller / gamepad to work reliably with Ubisofts Steep on Steam. I tried many options in the controller settings before I found this rather simple fix for the problem. I hope this video helps a few of you out there. Enjoy.
