I designed a 3D printable 1.5" dryland gold dredge nozzle that runs of a modified 2000gph pump. The dredge can be printed on a small 3D printer that has a print area 180mm cubed. I also have physical print outs of the nozzle and impeller for those without a 3D printer who just want to add something to their existing small highbanker.

A one and a half inch gold dredge (38mm) is named for the inside diameter of the suction hose used. The nozzle is narrower than the hose to help reduce rock jams in the hose. This small size of gold dredge is not about moving large volumes of material quickly, rather it's purpose it to be extremely light weight and easy to transport. The dryland suction nozzle makes cleaning up shallow bedrock easier, and in situations where you would spend a great deal of effort to fill a gold pan out of a bedrock crevice, or where you would need a hand suction tube to try and get the material off bedrock, this machine would make that work easier. You could even just point the dredge tube into a bucket and collect all the material you suck out to pan later, and still save time over trying to sweep up all the material off rough bedrock.

I have included a universal adaptor place to help mount the flare to your own small highbanker or sluice box, or if you would rather print the sluice I used in this video demonstration, that file is included in the digital download as a bonus. The printed sluice is 6" wide (152mm) so that you can use your prefered recovery mat, or use the included 3d printed mat profile if you prefer. For advanced users, I even included an .STL of a blank template sluice segment where you could draw in your own riffle profile if you know how to 3D model.

An update to anyone who was interested in buying the Utmost Adventurer Highbanker, They are now back in stock and available to purchase. Visit the website to check if they are still in stock, or email me for a specific shipping quote.

I finish off this video with an update on the powerful brushless 12v pump project I was working on. It's still in the works, just with a few speed bumps along the way with sourcing parts. I apologise for the delay and will update everyone once I'm back on track with the manufacturing.
