Many people report glitchy graphics card issues on their MacBook Pros (video gets jittery and jumpy, and the screen flashes and flickers). I've encountered this problem on my sister's MacBook Pro and wanted to document the problem here on YouTube.
The problem seems to be caused by either faulty drivers or a faulty graphics chip in certain Macs, and there are reports in the log files stating that the NVDA driver has an exception, and the graphics card is restarting. The only reliable fix I know of is to get Apple to replace your logic board, but some people have also fixed the problem by reinstalling Mac OS X, or using ClickToFlash to disable Flash. Others have reported that setting the video card manually using gfxCardStatus helps, too, but none of these fixes helped in this case.
See link at the top of the description for more information and any updates as to what I find.
