In the third video of my DIY pulse EDM after the book of Ben Fleming I show you how I fix the explosion that happened in part 2.
Then I made the first serious tests with the new machine and finally I got a stable burn with the so important slim electrodes that I need for my Stirling engine heat exchangers.
As always I have to struggle with much problems and at the end the EDM is broken again and I have to fix it, maybe with your help ?
I am very keen on eventually make my new Stirling engine heat exchangers to generate some reasonable power with my self build micro CHP.
The electrical discharge machine really fascinates me, looking at the sparks machining their way through hardest metals is breathtaking.
But I really need results as my main passion is building a micro or nano CHP Stirling engine generator to produce electricity and heat to be energy independent in the energy crisis.
As always I am very happy for your comments and suggestions.
