The flow of money in and out of funds can not only give you a view of market trends and sentiment but can also help you decide which are the best funds to buy.

Inflows of money into a specific theme, sector or country does not always mean that they have been performing particularly well. Sometimes both inflows and outflows can indicate that the market is anticipating that something is about to happen rather than money just chasing recent returns.

In this video, I look at the largest ETFs with the most extreme inflows and outflows at the moment and talk you through what's happening and why.
