In this video I show you the next part of constructing a true PULSE EDM with the DIY book of Ben Fleming.
I am very sorry that it took so long but I had a few problems with the electronics and I have a lot of work at home and no time for my workshop projects.
The pulse EDM burns very powerful but the timing of the ON/OFF phases (duty cycle) has to be fully understand as I have a problem with the retraction of the electrode when a short circuit occurs.
In certain ON/OFF combinations the retraction speed is sluggish and I have to explore how to get a stable retraction of the electrode.
As always I am very happy for comments and suggestions especially about my retraction problem.
