UVC LED module for water sterilising

I don't have anything to do a proper UVC output test on this light. But it does make the UVC test card phosphor glow, so there's definitely some short wave UV in there.

The UVC spectrometer would have given a wavelength and power level, but it was only on loan, so I had to send it back. A new one would cost well over $2000 and would be a bit too niche to justify buying. I've just ordered a UVC meter that will hopefully let me at least test the sterilising abilities of these units.

If this thing is the real deal then it could be useful for sterilising small water storage tanks. The other option of the submersible mercury vapour bulb would be more powerful and have a failsafe indication of proper operation. But using it in a sealed system might be tricky.
