In this video, you'll see how to teach the Robot Transform Tree.

A robot sees the world from many viewpoints at once — the laser from where it’s mounted, the wheels from the robot’s centre, the map from where it started. Acting on something the laser spotted means translating between these viewpoints. You could do that math by hand every time; this class shows why you shouldn’t, and how to let ROS 2 track it all for you instead.
Learning Points:
✅ See how a robot is really a stack of viewpoints that ROS 2 stitches into one tree it can query anytime.
✅ Inspect and query that tree from the command line to see where each part of the robot sits.
✅ Write a node that pins a laser-spotted target in the world, then re-expresses it from the robot’s own viewpoint as it drives toward it.
✅ Run the same setup unchanged on both the simulated and the real robot.
