In this tutorial, we will learn how to code for the Onion Omega2 on our PC, and then wirelessly upload our code using the ATOM text editor.

The ATOM text editor is a powerful and easy to use text editor developed by the team at Github. Numerous open-source expansion packages are available, making it a versatile editor for any programming language. It is also the recommended editor of the Onion Dev Team. By installing an sftp server on the Omega2, ATOM will be able to remotely access the Omega's file system. It can then create and edit any file and it keeps your projects synchronised between your PC and your Omega2. In this example, we will use it to modify a python script, but It can be used with any language.
