Mount Bogart Winter Attempt.

Hello Again! This is part of an ongoing hiking series I'm trying out. We are working towards someday summiting Mt Assiniboine, and have a lot to learn along the way.

Today's Hike was an attempt at the summit of Mount Bogart which is the second highest peak in Kananaskis Country. We ran into some very icy crust on the surface of the snow on our way up, and without crampons and ice axes, we were out of our comfort zone to finish the attempt. All in all, it was a great 10 hour day covering 25Km round trip.
