Mass Effect 4 - New infos leaked! New Galaxy! New acient alien race and more!

Reddit user benjamin_stone has revealed that he has been taking part in a survey conducted by Bioware about a month ago. In that questionaire he was presented with loads of detail about the new Mass Effect title and was asked how satisfied he would be with those scenarios. Keeping in mind that Dragon Age: Inquisition leaked in the exact same way it makes me wonder why Bioware would make the same mistake twice? Or maybe it's an 'intentional leak'? Once again?
