Here's probably the biggest thing our injection moulders are capable of producing in one barrel. Our bowls are made out of 100% recycled polypropylene which is post-consumer waste sourced from our local community. They're not intended to be used as food bowls so are more intended to hold onto your trinkets.
This colour is made up of blue, white and black (mainly sourced from old DVD cases) and is what we call 'Black Ice'.
We're showing you how we make a single bowl, but usually we'd be batching them out using a couple of machines - so while one machine is melting the plastic, the other in filling the mould - which speeds the process up a lot!
