Taku Harbor is a small bay about 20 miles SE of Juneau. It was home to a Tlingit village, a Hudson's Bay fort, and a salmon cannery. Today there are mostly ruins and just a few cabins left. We stopped here in July of 2025 on our trip around Admiralty Island on a rented Nordic Tug. Check out the Alaska playlist for more video from this trip!
