The "MYSTERIOUS" Vaping Illness Calmly Explained

a recent spat of vaping hysteria has made me want to give a little context to the recent illnesses and deaths.

not all uncertainties are equal, and the public health response has been downright embarrassing in some cases...(like the CDC)
