Turning waste plastic into a vibrant, colourful stool! 🌈
Starting with extruding shredded plastic into beams, we cut them to size on our mitre saw, before flattening the edges of each beam using our surface planer. Next, we used our Triton MOF001 router with a nice chunky router bit and our DIY router sled to level the top, giving the stool a super smooth finish. And after some final touches with a card scraper, we attached it to a wooden base from one of our old workshop stools.
