Does OUYA's failure mark the end of Android based consoles?

Despite OUYA's CEO Julie Uhrman talking positive about the Android based consoles current situation, it seems pretty clear. OUYA will be sold, if they can find someone who's willing to invest. So what does that mean for other Android consoles like Nvidia Shield or Razer's Forge TV?
