Indie Developers (and Startups, and Product Managers, etc), are told over and over to create a Minimum Viable Product - but the often aren't told WHY. (NOTE: I'm not talking about Games or Game Devs here - that's a whole different subject).
And because they don't know why, often, they think that MVPs aren't important, or don't apply to them, or some other such crap. And when they think that, they fall into the trap that the MVP was created to avoid.

22 Channel Intro
29 What avoids the trap
39 Knowing the definition of a term doesn't mean you can apply it
34 What is an MVP
03 Why is an MVP important?
31 Why don't people think it applies to them?
44 Story time
21 People avoid shipping, because they avoid rejection
28 There are some rare, experienced, exception - you probably aren't one
47 Don't fool yourself
03 I'm not an exception either - I make MVPs, too. Still.
