What does it actually take to turn a bare Jetson Orin NX module into a complete development machine? In this video, we start with the Orin NX on NVIDIA’s developer-kit carrier, set up the Jetson software stack and modern development tools, then move the same module to a Connect Tech Boson carrier and work through the carrier-specific BSP, flashing, and release-management differences that come with building a real embedded system. Along the way, we look at why the same module does not mean the same machine, how the platform software ties the hardware together, and finally return to development with Jetson AI Lab and a local LLM running on the completed Boson system.
