Make Chemically Functionalized Carbon fiber - Supercapacitor

In this video I demonstrate a proces for Chemically Functionalized Carbon fiber. For the test I make two test supercapacitor cells,... one suoercapacitor with normal carbon fiber and one from Functionalized Carbon fiber.
