#5/5 2016 Behind the scenes as a small scale gold prospector.

This is the last footage I was able to dig up for the Throwback Thursday mining series.
I started out with a weekend on the North Saskatchewan River in Alberta, then headed off to BC where my take was 18 grams. I finish the year late into the fall with an end of season polar plunge.

Coming up will be freshly filmed footage and I'll be sure to get more videos of actual mining as well as some tips and tricks for anyone interested in hunting for gold.
