Vanguard Hit with Class Action Lawsuit Over Target Date Retirement Funds

As I covered in past videos, Vanguard distributed massive capital gains for 2021 to those who own its target date retirement funds in a brokerage account. This past week three plaintiffs filed a federal class action lawsuit against Vanguard in Pennsylvania.

In this video we'll walk through the allegations in the complaint. Then I'll discuss how the lawsuit will likely proceed over the coming months.
