A friend gave me this old manual Atlas grain grinding mill, and’s a really sturdy well-made machine, but it needs a bit of work before I can get it going, so that’s what I’m getting into today. I’ll take it apart, clean it up, sandblast it, oil it, put it back together, re-paint it, and then grind some wheat for fresh bread.
