Battleborn Battery (Dragonfly Energy) Investigation

Are you dealing with a melted battleborn battery? Did it die or intermittently shutdown? Smell burning plastic? Please file a report with CPSC: https://www.saferproducts.gov/IncidentReporting

There is currently a class action lawsuit for the 100Ah overheating terminal issue, but it can take a long time! Filling out the report above is the fastest way to create a solution.
