West Kelowna Wild Fire update. We are safe.

Letting everyone know we are safe. The west Kelowna wild fire has claimed hundreds of homes and businesses. Looks like it may have claimed part of Camp Mewata, a Youth Camp my family has taken care of for over 40 years. But our house is safe, our property is safe so far. And most importantly my family is safe. Our hearts go out to all those who have lost and otherwise been effected by this fire.

On a side note, the sprinklers on the cabin are not from city water, it is from our own water system and is not taking away from fire fighting efforts.
