Hiking Through Minnesota's "Lost Forty" Old Growth Pine Forest

The Lost Forty is the result of a surveying error by early logging companies, who kind of forgot to clearcut this spot in the 1880s. It's now a Scientific and Natural Area preserving one of the last chunks of native old-growth forest in Minnesota.
