Will was the principal technologist in AI and robotics at Blue Origin, where he cooperated to found the Space Robot Operation System, together with NASA and with Open Robotics. At present, Will works at Peraton as a Senior Director, Algorithmic Operations, AI, and Autonomy, and is a member of the Space Robot Operating System Technical Steering Committee.
