Xbox "Scarlet" Rumor: Cloud gaming console & local hardware option

A new rumor around the 2020 Xbox (currently codenamed Scarlet) has surfaced. If we can trust the tech site 'Thurrott's sources, the new Xbox console will be released as two seperate devices. One being a traditional hardware based home console and the second being a cloud gaming console option.
