My Stupid Addiction

Yeah, it's real stupid. And I know that. It's not what you think! But it has been affecting my effectiveness and I'm willing to bet a lot of people are struggling with the same stupid addiction. So here's my strategies to break the cycle, and become a more effective human! Regularly scheduled programming to resume same time next week.
