Can you make money getting the gold out of construction sand from Home Depot or Lowes? Construction sand from many locations has small amounts of gold. many plants that make sand produce significant gold as a by-product. I am going to dig in and see how much gold there is in common sand. I bought a 60 pound bag of sand from Home depot to see if it has gold and if so, how much gold is in it.
