Baofeng UV-9R Plus Batteries Don't Fit UV-9R Plus Radios!

I just bought a bunch of replacement batteries for my Baofeng UV-9R Plus radio, and they don't fit! These were from two different sellers, both the "official" Baofeng store and a 3rd party store, and none of them fit!

I really like the 9R Plus radio (https://amzn.to/4eY596H) since it's waterproof IP67 and works great for boating as a VHF marine handheld. I just wish the new batteries fit!
