Arduino is the most common programming language amongst maker electronics, and it has the lowest level control of any of the programming languages available to the Circuit Playground. This means that you have the greatest control when using this language. The other side of the coin is that Arduino can be a difficult language to learn, with somewhat complex syntax. The good news is that there is a huge community of people using and sharing Arduino programs. You can always find code online that is similar to your project or find and adapt the available code. If you ever got stumped with your code, you could definitely find someone with the skills willing to help out.
