CASTING A GUN WITH SCRAP ALUMINIUM - SAND CASTING ALUMINIUM MELTING METAL

I wanted a full sized solid aluminium gun so decided to sand cast from a plastic gun . It was all going soo well then , well you'll see I hit the box just before casting and the gun cavity altered a bit🙄.
