Winter is typically the time when we need to think about preparing our Bee Keeping equipment ready for the coming season. Over the past few years, I have been building my own Bee Hives. In the UK it is hard to get pine or Cedar in wide enough boards and timber is very expensive.
Over the last few years, I have been using exterior grade plywood for my brood boxes and been having fantastic results with longevity.
