I decided that this would be the very first 2-minute tip Tuesday video and then it can be used to answer all the questions you may have on how to water potatoes.

Potatoes are a favourite crop to grow. Everyone will be planting their potatoes around now. As you know I am an advocate of container grown potatoes, even though I also grow in the ground. I feel that potatoes grown in containers not only double the yield over ground grown potatoes but also taste better and are better quality plants.

In this episode, I give you all the tips you need in order to know exactly how much to water and when to water your container potatoes.

Growing potatoes this way is perfect for small gardens too, it fits right in with container gardening so sit back and learn how to water potato buckets properly.
