3 Failed 1.5x3" White and Purple Cylinder Shells

3 shells, last one is ignited on the ground. My experimental white stars failed to ignite in these shells, despite flash priming in one shell, and meal on the two others. Unusual seeing how they ignited in my 2" double break shell with a little flash. Perhaps just a short shelf life. Back to the drawing board.
