As it was explained to me by the tour guide, anywhere there’s limestone and water, you’re going to have caves. And the Texas hill country, which was under a sea millions of years ago, has plenty of both. So the hill country is dotted with countless caves.
Many are well-known tourist attractions but the Cave Without A Name is out in the middle of nowhere and there were only a couple of other visitors when we went.
