After 2 years of work we finally have a radio observatory at Sandland! The dome is essentially ready to start grabbing satellite data and potentially doing some science. We have a large-ish dish installed, with plans for an even bigger one in the near future.

Thanks to Bryan with BITS for the Pelco box! If you need alarm, access control, or security camera services, check out www.BITSecurity.tech

Thanks also to Marcus with https://www.ccera.ca/ for arranging the dome and sending me a bunch of motor parts!

Also thank you to Scott Tilley (https://skyriddles.wordpress.com/author/coastal8049/) for help with the potentiometers.
