Lithium cell swap in dashcam.

My dashcam started displaying power problems when it was started up, with the screen flickering and a distinct noise from the speaker suggesting a lot of interference on the power rails. I guessed it might be the lithium cell inside that was failing to take or deliver a charge properly.
