Book of Boba Fett - Episode 1 Review & Analysis. The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

The first episode of Star Wars The Book of Boba Fett, featuring Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett and Ming-Na Wen starring as Fennec Shand, just been released on Disney+. The show’s executive producers are Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, and Robert Rodriguez, with Rodriguez directing several of the series' episodes and is obviously based on George Lucas’ Star Wars lore. In this video I share my thoughts on the direction they are taking with the character of Boba Fett and highlight some aspects that I enjoyed and that I hated about the series. The actors are reprising their roles from The Mandalorian, and generally it feels very in keeping with the universe of the space western we’ve previously seen. But should you watch the show? Is it worth watching if you’re a Star Wars fan? Was what we saw Uncle Owen’s house? Or was that just an easter egg? Did Kathleen Kennedy and Disney Star Wars ruin this show like they did the sequel trilogy? Let’s talk about all that.
