This is Charley - a rare 1971 Ford Taunus Cortina Fastback Coupe. I bought it in the South of France after a 40 year lay-up. I revived the car and it drove home but in this video we find out what’s needed to bring it back to health. The gearbox is destroyed but why? Includes loads of other small repairs and a full inspection.
