This is something of a follow-up to my video about NOAA 15, 18, and 19 satellites being retired (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J_aDsEgBJPs). Some folks even accused me of making clickbait saying the satellites might go away soon, but NOAA-18 suddenly went away today! There wasn't much notice or warning for this, the agency just decided to decommission it after a sudden failure of the S-band radio system.
