Muskegs are a cool biome of deep peat moss, twisted ancient trees, carnivorous sundews, apparently bottomless mud pits, and all kinds of interesting plant life! They're found all over Alaska and Northern Canada, and they're one of my favorite landforms to check out! We visited this one near Taku Harbor, AK in 2025.
