The new Navee NT5 Ultra X looks like a standard urban commuter, but with dual 1200W motors and dual 70mm hydraulic suspension, I wanted to see if it could handle the rough backroads of rural New Brunswick.
As an e-moto builder and fabricator, I look past the marketing fluff to see how things are actually engineered to survive. In this video, we push this 80lb+ machine to its limits testing its 65 km/h top speed, real-world braking distance (where we completely lock up the 140mm discs), a brutal mountain hill climb, and a suspension torture test over endless potholes and gravel roads.
