Saving Cop Car Lights For Parts

I bought some police car lights at a surplus auction. These are Whelen light bars, including SL8RRBB, SV8RRBB, and SW8RRBB. The L model is easy to re-use since it just has a separate wire for each color combo. The others use some kind of serial protocol (possibly B-LINK) and are a little more difficult to activate.
