Failing To Fix Dell's First Laptop - 1989 Dell 316LT

This old laptop was pretty beat up when I got it (and had some mice living in the bag!). Sadly it also has bad capacitors, which I didn't bother to replace due to the other damage. If you have ideas for what I should do with it, leave them in the comments!
