It's easy to change the LEDs in most solar lights to your chosen colour. I recommend the straw hat style LEDs that you can find on eBay in packs of 100 or more. Putting two in series widens the range of colours you can create and gives an interesting effect with the crackle glass lights.

Note that unless the driver has an extra diode and capacitor the RGB self cycling LEDs may not work.
