ROS Mastering LIVE-Class #3: rotating laser mounted on a vehicle

In this live show we are going to solve a question asked by Ahmet Kağızman from Pakistan about how to configure a ROS system with a rotating laser mounted on top of a vehicle to generate a 3D model of the environment. Many other questions will also be answered. Additionally we are going to introduce a new section called ROS TOOLS where we are going to show interesting tools for developing with ROS.
